This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data prior to your child being a student of the school, during their enrolment and once their enrolment has ended. This notice does not form part of any contract or agreement with you.

Speak Out Drama is a “data controller”. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal data about you. We are required under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (the “GDPR”) to notify you of the information contained in this Privacy Notice.

Definitions

“Us”, “We”, “The school” – Refers to Curtain’s Up Drama School

“You” – Refers to the individual as a parent or guardian

“Your child” – Refers to the child (or children) under your care who are enrolled in the school
